SHIPPING & RETURNS

All orders are sent out either the same day or the next working day. We offer free UK shipping on all purchases and an easy returns policy. Exchanges

We can replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need to arrange an exchange, please email us at hello@naturallight.co.uk. 

Amazon Purchases

All items purchased through Amazon are shipped from Amazon fulfilment centre directly. If you have an inquiry about our product purchased on Amazon, please contact us directly through Amazon. 

 

website purchases

All items purchased through website are shipped from Edinburgh, Scotland.  Our aim is to deliver all purchases within 1-2 working days, excluding the day of despatch, however, this may vary due to Royal Mail or courier policies. On rare occasions, the delivery period may be 3 business days. Estimated delivery time excludes UK bank holidays.
